Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - any advice?

I was offered 5 weeks of severance after 5 years as a hotel front-desk agent, and I have a few days to sign. I do not want to leave money on the table. Should I see a lawyer?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
