Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - any advice?

My manager said the package is final, but the letter gives me time to review. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It includes health coverage for a couple of months.

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
