Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion after 8 years as a line cook

My manager said the package is final, but the letter gives me time to review. I do not want to leave money on the table. Should I see a lawyer?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
