Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion after 5 years as a customer-service rep

I was offered 5 weeks of severance after 5 years as a customer-service rep, and I have a few days to sign. It has been a long 6 weeks. I do not want to leave money on the table. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.
