Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion after 3 years as a recruiter

I was offered 3 weeks of severance after 3 years as a recruiter, and I have a few days to sign. It has been a long 11 weeks. I do not want to leave money on the table. Should I see a lawyer?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
