Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion after 3 years as a line cook

I was offered 3 weeks of severance after 3 years as a line cook, and I have a few days to sign. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. What did you ask for?
