Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion after 16 years as a customer-service rep

I was offered 16 weeks of severance after 16 years as a customer-service rep, and I have a few days to sign. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. There is a non-disparagement clause. Should I see a lawyer?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I asked for two more weeks and a neutral reference. They agreed to the reference and added a week.
