Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion after 15 years as a barista

I was offered 15 weeks of severance after 15 years as a barista, and I have a few days to sign. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
