Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion after 12 years as a machine operator

My manager said the package is final, but the letter gives me time to review. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
