Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion after 11 years as a project coordinator

I was offered 11 weeks of severance after 11 years as a project coordinator, and I have a few days to sign. I worked as a project coordinator before this. There is a non-disparagement clause. Should I see a lawyer?
