Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion after 11 years as a mechanic

I was offered 11 weeks of severance after 11 years as a mechanic, and I have a few days to sign. I am in Madison, in case local advice matters. I do not want to leave money on the table. Should I see a lawyer?
