Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion

I was offered 16 weeks of severance after 16 years as a sales associate, and I have a few days to sign. It has been a long 4 weeks. There is a non-disparagement clause. Should I see a lawyer?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
