Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - 9 months and counting

I was offered 7 weeks of severance after 7 years as a janitorial supervisor, and I have a few days to sign. I am in Atlanta, in case local advice matters. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. What did you ask for?
