Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - 8 months and counting

I was offered 4 weeks of severance after 4 years as a home health aide, and I have a few days to sign. I do not usually post, so bear with me. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
