Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion

I was offered 4 weeks of severance after 4 years as a bookkeeper, and I have a few days to sign. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to leave money on the table. What did you ask for?

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.
