Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - 7 weeks in

I was offered 3 weeks of severance after 3 years as an insurance claims processor, and I have a few days to sign. Any experience at all would help. There is a non-disparagement clause.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
