Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - 7 months and counting

The company sent a severance agreement with a release of claims, and I am unsure what to do. It has been a long 22 weeks. I do not want to leave money on the table. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.
