Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion

I was offered 10 weeks of severance after 10 years as an insurance claims processor, and I have a few days to sign. Thank you in advance. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. What did you ask for?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
