Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion

I was offered 11 weeks of severance after 11 years as a store manager, and I have a few days to sign. It includes health coverage for a couple of months.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
