Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion

I was offered 4 weeks of severance after 4 years as a school bus driver, and I have a few days to sign. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.
