Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion

I was offered 5 weeks of severance after 5 years as a marketing coordinator, and I have a few days to sign. This is my first time dealing with any of this. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Should I see a lawyer?

Ask for the offer in writing and do not sign on the spot. A day or two to think is normal.
