Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - 25 weeks in

I was offered 11 weeks of severance after 11 years as a mechanic, and I have a few days to sign. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to leave money on the table. Should I see a lawyer?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
