Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - 19 weeks in

I was offered 5 weeks of severance after 5 years as a payroll clerk, and I have a few days to sign. I do not usually post, so bear with me. It includes health coverage for a couple of months.

I asked for two more weeks and a neutral reference. They agreed to the reference and added a week.
