Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - 14 months and counting

I was offered 9 weeks of severance after 9 years as a security officer, and I have a few days to sign. Any experience at all would help. There is a non-disparagement clause.

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
