Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - 13 months and counting

I was offered 3 weeks of severance after 3 years as a social media manager, and I have a few days to sign. I have been trying to stay organised about it. It includes health coverage for a couple of months.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
