Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - 11 months and counting

The company sent a severance agreement with a release of claims, and I am unsure what to do. I do not usually post, so bear with me. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. What did you ask for?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
