Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - 10 weeks in

I was offered 10 weeks of severance after 10 years as a logistics coordinator, and I have a few days to sign. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. There is a non-disparagement clause. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
