Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - 10 weeks in

I was offered 15 weeks of severance after 15 years as a warehouse supervisor, and I have a few days to sign. There is a non-disparagement clause.

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
