Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

After a layoff as a pharmacy technician I am finding mornings difficult. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
