Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 2 weeks and this week has been the hardest. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
