Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
