Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 17 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
