Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I sent 11 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
