Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I sent 15 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I worked as an accounts payable clerk before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
