Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 21 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as a teaching assistant before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
