Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 11 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as a data-entry clerk before this. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
