Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 20 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Any experience at all would help. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
