Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

After a layoff as a logistics coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
