Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

After a layoff as a hotel front-desk agent I am finding mornings difficult. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
