Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 3 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as a forklift operator before this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
