Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

After a layoff as an event coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
