Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 5 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
