Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been a long 4 weeks. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
