Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and this week has been the hardest. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
