Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I sent 3 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I worked as a sales associate before this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
