Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 24 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Thank you in advance. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
