Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

After a layoff as a forklift operator I am finding mornings difficult. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
