Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

After a layoff as a logistics coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
