Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

After a layoff as a warehouse supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
