Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - what worked for you?

I sent 18 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I worked as a medical assistant before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
